Today we will see how to replace the battery in a Peugeot key. Peugeot keys have a slot on the top that, when moved, allows the removal of the metal key contained within the remote for emergency use. Once the key is removed, use a flathead screwdriver to open the remote into two parts. Remove the plastic cover of the battery and proceed with the replacement; the model to use is CR 2032. After replacing the battery, reassemble the remote and insert the metal key back inside. Test the remote's functionality by pressing the unlock and lock buttons once you reach the vehicle.
