Replacing the battery in Peugeot car remote keys is a simple and quick task you can do yourself. To replace the battery, use a flathead screwdriver.

Insert the screwdriver into the bottom of the remote and gently pry it open to remove the microchip and battery. After replacing the battery, reassemble the microchip inside the remote and close both ends.

Test the remote to ensure it works; if it does not, reprogram it.
