How do you program the double key in a Peugeot 207 Year 2008?

To program a spare key on a 2008 Peugeot 207, follow these steps. First, make sure that the spare key has a functioning electronic part (transponder) and is correctly programmable. Sit in the car with both keys and close all doors. Insert the original key into the ignition and turn it to "ON" (without starting the engine). After about 10 seconds, remove the key and insert the key to be programmed in the same way. Within 10 seconds, also turn this key to "ON". The immobilizer system should register the new key, with the ignition light stopping flashing. If everything goes well, the programmed key is ready for use. If you have problems, a diagnostic from a professional may be necessary.
