Open the boot lid and manually remove the internal protection at the height of the spotlight with the central stop light bulb. If you have difficulty by hand, help yourself with a plastic wedge. At this point you will have discovered the holes behind the aforementioned light: insert a flat head screwdriver and push the catches of the spotlight as shown in the video. Once the light has come out of its seat, you can disconnect its cables and access the bulbs from the rear. Take out the old bulbs and insert the new ones and that's it. Obviously proceed backwards for reassembly.
