Part: Fuel pump

Video tutorial

The steps outlined in this guide will show us the process of checking and replacing the fuel pump of the Piaggio Vespa GTS 250 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the central stand and start by lifting the seat and removing the storage compartment that we find underneath; we find the fuel pump underneath, where electrical checks will be carried out to verify its operation.

If the fuel pump is found to be defective, it will be necessary to remove it and replace it with a new one, disconnecting the fuel line and electrical wiring.

How to Replace the Rear Brake Pads on the Kymco AK 550

You can replace the rear brake pads on the Kymco AK 550 by loosening the screws that secure the brake caliper in its housing: once these screws are loosened, you can detach the caliper from the disc so that the pads inside can be extracted. The pin that holds them in place must also be removed to allow the new pads to be installed: secure the new pads in the caliper, then reinstall the caliper onto the disc, ensuring everything functions correctly.
