To change the engine oil of a Benelli 150, it is necessary to make sure that the motorcycle is on a stable surface, using the central stand to keep it in a vertical position. Before starting, it is helpful to run the engine for a few minutes to warm up the oil and facilitate its drainage. Turn off the engine and locate the drain plug located under the engine. With a suitable wrench, loosen the plug and place a container underneath it to collect the used oil. Let it drain completely, making sure all the liquid is drained. Once emptied, screw the plug back in carefully, avoiding over-tightening it. Using a funnel, slowly pour the new oil into the reservoir, checking the level with the dipstick or the sight glass. When the level is correct, start the engine for a couple of minutes to circulate the new oil, then turn it off and check the level again, topping up if necessary.
