In order to replace the air filter of the Kawasaki Ninja 400, you will need to loosen the screws that hold the side panels of the fuel tank cover: once these panels have been detached, you can proceed by loosening the screws underneath that will release the tank. This can be removed after disconnecting all the hoses and connectors underneath: the air filter box will now be accessible and can be opened. The air filter must now be removed so that it can be replaced with a new replacement piece.
