To replace the fuel pump on the BMW K1600, first loosen the screws securing the seat to its housing and remove it completely. Once the seat is removed, locate the screws underneath that secure the fuel tank to its position; these also need to be loosened to lift the tank. At the bottom, you will find the fuel pump, which must be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new one, then reassemble all removed parts.
