In order to replace the clutch of the Kawasaki Ninja 400, you need to go to each bolt that secures the casing on the right side of the bike: once the casing has been freed from all its bolts, it will be possible to remove it and locate the clutch discs below. The clutch can be removed from its seat by unscrewing the bolts that secure it, and in this way it will be possible to insert the new replacement parts; once the discs have been secured, it will be possible to cover everything again with the casing and then secure the cover with the screws, checking that everything works.
