How to Replace the Exhaust on a Kawasaki Ninja 400

Model: Kawasaki Ninja 400
Part: Exhaust muffler

Video tutorial

The procedure for replacing the exhaust on a Kawasaki Ninja 400 involves loosening the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing, on the right side of the bike near the rear wheel. Once the securing screws are loosened, you can proceed by widening the ring that connects the exhaust to the header pipe.

This will allow you to completely detach the exhaust end can so that you can fit the new one; the new exhaust must be secured in its place, ensuring everything functions correctly.

How to Replace the Stator on the Triumph Daytona 675?

To replace the stator on the Triumph Daytona 675, loosen the screws that secure the cover located on the left side of the bike: once these screws have been removed, detach the cover and access the underlying stator. The stator can be removed from its housing by unscrewing the central screws that secure it: this way, you can insert a new stator into its housing, re-inserting the side starter motor. Once these components have been reinserted, close everything with the cover.
