You can replace the exhaust on the Kawasaki Ninja 400 by loosening the screws that secure the exhaust tip to its housing on the right side of the vehicle near the rear wheel. Once the securing screws are removed, detach the ring that connects the exhaust to the exhaust manifold.

This will allow you to completely remove the exhaust tip so that you can insert the new one, which can then be secured in place, ensuring everything functions correctly.
