How do you deactivate the passenger airbag of the Škoda Fabia?

In order to deactivate the passenger airbag of the Škoda Fabia, you need to open the glove compartment located on the side of the front passenger: once this compartment is opened, you will be able to locate the lock that allows you to activate or deactivate the passenger airbag. When the lock is set to ON, you will need to turn it to OFF, so that the airbag is deactivated: this will also cause the specific warning light on the instrument panel to turn on. To reactivate the passenger airbag, simply turn the lock again with the key.
