This brief and simple guide shows how to reset the service light for the regular oil change maintenance on the Smart Fortwo. First, get inside the vehicle and turn on the ignition, then press and hold the button located on the left side of the instrument cluster, as shown in the video; you will see the maintenance light start to flash until it turns off completely. Then, turn off the ignition and wait about ten seconds before starting the engine, following the video tutorial to the end!
