Below we will see the main steps useful for disassembling and replacing the clutch discs of the Suzuki GSX-R 750 motorcycle. First of all, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the clutch cover, in order to remove it; we unscrew the oil drain bolt that we find under the engine, letting the oil drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the clutch pack bolts to remove the discs, replacing them with new ones; we reassemble the clutch pack and finally the side cover.
