The following steps will allow us to disassemble and replace the clutch discs of the Suzuki Bandit 1200S. First, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start draining the engine oil by unscrewing the bolt located under the engine; then we unscrew the clutch cover screws, located around it, and then loosen the clutch cable to move it away. At this point, we unscrew the clutch pack screws, removing all the discs; then we install the new original clutch, reassembling the cover last and pouring in the new engine oil!
