The disassembly of the Gilera Sport 150 engine can be carried out by loosening the screws that fix it to the appropriate frame supports: once the engine has been freed from the supports, it will be possible to proceed by disconnecting the connectors and manifolds.

At this point, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the cylinder to the top of the engine, so that the latter is detached accessing the piston contained inside it; when the piston and connecting rod have also been removed, the additional internal components can be identified, so that they can be replaced with new ones.
