The engine of the Gilera Sport 150 can be dismantled by loosening the bolts that secure it to its mounts at the bottom of the frame. You will also need to disconnect the intake and exhaust manifolds, removing the appropriate connectors.

At this point, you can loosen the head bolts to remove it along with the corresponding cylinder. The piston inside can be freed from the connecting rod to access the crankshaft.

All parts that need to be replaced must be substituted, and then the engine block should be reassembled.
