To remove the engine from the Gilera Sport 150, loosen the screws that secure it to the corresponding frame supports. Once the engine is freed, disconnect the connectors and hoses attached to it. Next, unscrew the bolts that secure the cylinder at the top of the engine to detach it and access the piston inside.

After removing the piston and the conrod, you can identify the additional internal components for replacement with new spare parts.
