In order to disassemble the engine of the Gilera Sport 150, you need to loosen the screws that fix the block to its housing located in the center of the frame: once the engine is freed, you can proceed by unscrewing the screws that fix the intake and exhaust pipes. Then you can disconnect all the connectors and then you will have to remove the cylinder from the top of the engine block: the piston inside it must be detached from the connecting rod, also removing the latter from the crankshaft and replacing all the necessary components.
