To change the gearbox oil on a Suzuki DRZ 400, start by positioning the bike on a stable stand, making sure it is well balanced. Find the gearbox oil drain plug under the engine, on the left side of the bike. Place a container under the plug to collect the used oil. Use an appropriate wrench to loosen the drain plug and let the old oil completely drain out. Once the crankcase is empty, tighten the drain plug ensuring it is securely fastened. Next, locate the oil fill hole, usually located on the side of the engine. Pour in the new oil, being careful not to exceed the recommended level. Make sure there are no oil leaks, then tighten the fill plug. Finally, start the bike and let the engine run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check the oil level again.

How to replace the coolant in the BMW S1000 R
