When the Suzuki Burgman 200 won't start despite the battery being newly replaced, the cause is likely a faulty fuse. Remove the front windscreen by unscrewing the nuts to access the headlight compartment where the battery and fuse box are located. Remove the cover of the fuse box and extract the blue 30 amp fuse that indicates the battery. Insert a new fuse of the same amperage into its slot and reassemble the previously removed parts. Start the scooter to test the battery's functionality. If issues persist, take it to a workshop for a diagnostic check.
