Here are the steps to remove and replace the drive belt of the Suzuki Burgman 200 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and begin unscrewing the fixing screws of the transmission cover to remove it; then unscrew the nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, removing the components as shown in the video. Now remove the drive belt and, if necessary, the variator, replacing them with new ones; reassemble everything correctly by applying the reverse procedure!
