This guide provides the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the clutch discs of a Suzuki GSR 600. First, place the motorcycle on a stand and begin unscrewing the screws securing the clutch cover, which are located on the sides (after draining the engine oil). Then, unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, removing all the discs one by one as shown in the video. At this point, install the new clutch, alternating the two different types of discs. Reassemble the clutch cover and top up with new engine oil!
