By removing this plastic cover, you will gain access to the screws holding the headlamp, which also need to be loosened. Disconnect the connector to remove the headlamp, extracting the old bulb from its rear; at this point, insert the new bulb into the headlamp, reconnect it with its connector, and refit the fairing.
