Often, those who buy a Suzuki GSX-R (let's hope it's a used bike!) purchase a 600 and end up with a 750 or vice versa. This video shows how to accurately determine what you are buying. The label clearly states that it is a 750; however, on the rear of the bike, there is a label indicating the engine number: the first letter in this case is "N", which means it is a 600 using a 750 frame. The black model shown in the video has fairings, so we cannot see the engine number, but the YouTuber tells us it is an "R", hence a 750. Another example is an engine starting with "R", thus a 750 on a 750 frame. In another case, we have a 600 frame with an engine starting with "T", indicating a 1000. So when purchasing one of these bikes, always check that the frame matches its engine.
