How do you disassemble the TM Racing EN 300 engine?

In order to disassemble the engine of the TM Racing EN 300 it is necessary to remove the engine block from inside its housing compartment: to do this, unscrew all the screws that fix it to the appropriate supports, then disconnecting all the pipes and connectors. At this point it will be possible to unscrew the screws which fix the cylinder in the upper part of the engine block: the underlying piston must be detached from the relative connecting rod by enlarging the fixing ring. In this way it will be possible to unscrew the screws which also fix the side casings, disassembling the other components located inside the engine compartment.

Today we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the clutch discs of the KTM XCW 300 enduro motorcycle. First of all, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes; then we unscrew the fastening screws of the clutch cover, then unscrew the clutch pack screws and consequently remove all the discs, as shown in the video. At this point we install the new clutch kit, installing the new gasket and reassembling everything.
