Descriptive guide for replacing the battery of a 2011 Triumph Street triple. Get a Yuasa YTX14H-BS or equivalent brand 12v 12Ah positive SX, 150x87x145mm battery. Place the motorcycle on the side stand. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws holding the front tank cover. Pay attention to the plastic washers, then unscrew the casing. With a modular screwdriver and an 8mm socket, unscrew the two tank sealing screws. Remove the saddle, and lift the tank from the front. Place a rod to support the raised tank. Unhook the battery retaining spring and with a Phillips screwdriver or 10mm joint wrench unscrew the two terminals connected to the poles. Replace the battery with a new one and reassemble everything as per disassembly.
