Resetting the Service Light on a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan

In this video, you can see how to reset the service light on a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan, which is the first version of this model. Get in and turn on the instrument panel. Use the buttons on the wiper lever to access the onboard computer menu and navigate within it. Start by holding the button down for about two seconds to open the menu from which you need to select "setup" by pressing the OK button. In the submenu, look for the "service" option and select it by pressing OK. From here, you can finally select the "reset" option to clear the service light.
