Operation: How to replace the battery in the Volkswagen Tiguan

Today we will replace the battery in the Volkswagen Tiguan. We open the bonnet by pulling the appropriate lever located in the driver's footwell. We now identify the position of the battery, covered by a felt cloth. First disconnect the negative pole (i.e. the black one) and then proceed with the positive (red) one. We unscrew all the fasteners that hold the battery locked. Let's remove the battery now. We clean all contact parts. We now install the new battery, of the same type, and proceed to screw the bolts back on. We close everything and we will be done. Let's test if the battery works correctly and that's it.
