Answer

If the Blue & Me system does not work, there are two operations that can be carried out independently. The first is to do a reset by disconnecting the battery, leaving it disconnected for 15 minutes and reconnecting it. If this does not work, the platform fuse should be checked for a blown fuse and if so, replace it. If neither of the two operations solves the problem, it is necessary to go to your specialized technician.
