Answer

When we are unable to open the tailgate even if the consent I have given of the electronic key has been provided, we can proceed with manual unlocking by accessing the boot fold down the rear seats, remove the small plastic panel placed inside the tailgate in correspondence of the lock and pull the cable to unlock it manually.
