The scheme of the tightening order of the Iveco Daily engine head screws is - 1st phase: pre-tightening with torque wrench D screws 1-2-3-4-5-6, at a torque of 100 ± 5 Nm; D screws 7-8-9-10, at a torque of 50 ± 2.5 Nm. - 2nd phase: corner closure D screws 1-2-3-4-5-6.90o ± 5o; D screws 7-8-9-10,60o ± 3o. - 3rd phase: corner closure D screws 1-2-3-4-5-6.90o ± 5o; D screws 7-8-9-10,60o ± 3o.
