How to Fit the Cylinder Head on an Opel Zafira

Do you want to refit the engine cylinder head on your car? Follow these steps to fit the head on an Opel Zafira: Insert the camshaft into the engine head, position the gasket, lubricate with the appropriate fluid, and seal the engine head with suitable silicone for the type of metal. Insert all the cylinder head fastening bolts into their seats. Tighten the cylinder head bolts using an electronic or standard torque wrench; if you hear the clicking noise of the bolt tightening the metal, stop. Apply the same torque to all bolts on the head.
