The combination of errors P0171, P0299, and P0171 is a known issue discussed regarding the Opel Mokka 1.4 Turbo first series. The main cause is an almost invisible crack in the plastic intake manifold: this occurs near the turbocharger flange or around the valve seats, creating an abnormal vacuum that the ECU cannot compensate for, leading to errors P0107 = low absolute manifold pressure due to pressure loss; P0171 = lean measurement due to too much unmeasured air; P0299 = insufficient boost (the turbo cannot maintain pressure due to the leak).

Replacing the manifold is the most common intervention, but the connecting hoses should also be checked to ensure there are no other leaks upstream or downstream of the manifold itself.
