How to change the battery in a Ford remote control

In this video, we can see how to change the battery in a Ford remote control for cars with push-button ignition and a security key inside the remote. The method is the same for all cars with this type of ignition. We pry open the remote control body from the side with the logo to remove the cover. Then, using a small screwdriver, we pry from the inside towards the bottom corner (where the key ring is inserted) to release the top part of the remote from its base. This exposes the button battery, which is a common CR2032 that can be easily found in any supermarket. We replace it, paying attention to the polarity, and close the body back up.
