How to Change the Battery of a Ford Key?

The Ford key shown in the video is the same for several car models: Fiesta, Focus, Kuga, Puma, Ecosport. You will need a CR2032 battery and a small flat-head screwdriver. Look at the side opposite the metal ring: you will see a thin seam line. Take the screwdriver and insert it into the slot at the end of the key. Leverage it and use your fingers to gently separate the two halves of the key, which will open like a hinge. Once opened, you will see the battery holder containing the button battery; it is just resting, so it will come out easily. Replace it by inserting it in the same orientation as the old one and then close it. Test it to ensure it works perfectly, and you're done.
