The third brake light used to be an optional feature in the past, but recently it has become standard on all cars and plays a huge role in terms of safety. If it were to malfunction, as in the case of the Seat Ibiza 6j, we can intervene ourselves, disassemble it to repair or replace it as shown in this video by the protagonist.

The internal cap is removed, at the location of the third brake light, a screwdriver is inserted to move it a few millimeters away from the body, and from the outside a first bodywork lever is inserted, adding a second one that will help us detach it slowly around its perimeter.

Once the electrical cables connector is disconnected, the job can be considered finished.
