Answer

To disassemble the mirror, we must first of all rotate the mirror itself so that we can enter it with one hand (or with a plastic lever) so that we can remove it with relative ease. Gently pressing is usually enough. Then we leverage on the perimeter of the plastics (we use the usual plastic lever) until they come out of their housing, then we remove the electrical connector. We replace the damaged piece and put everything back together.
