If the service lights no longer come on on the Volkswagen Polo Mk4, it is most likely a fault in the bulb or in the related protection fuse; in some cases the micro switches on the doors may have been damaged. It is advisable to check the condition of fuse F28, at 10 Ampere located in the fuse box to the left of the steering wheel; then it is advisable to check the condition of the bulbs and finally the functionality of the micro switches.
