Answer

The problem, encountered by practically all users of the full-hybrid Clio, is that when the battery is charged, the car has major problems going downhill. It is not possible to engage the internal combustion engine, the car only goes electric and has absolutely no engine brake. The only way to stop the car is to apply the brakes, making it unsuitable for mountain driving.
