In this tutorial, see how to replace the starter battery on a Renault Clio 3. Remove the air vent cover by releasing the appropriate tab, then press both tabs that secure the battery cover simultaneously and remove it along with its right side flange. Next, using a 13mm socket, unscrew the battery mounting plate and take it out. Using a 10mm spanner, start disconnecting the negative (black) battery terminal, followed by the positive (red) terminal. Once this is done, you can extract the old battery and fit a new one by reversing the procedure.
