How to Change the Battery in a Renault Clio

Model: Renault Clio MK 3, Clio 3, Clio III - Years 2005-2013

To change the battery in the Renault Clio III, open the bonnet of the vehicle, remove the battery cover, and disconnect the negative terminal (the black one). Then remove the metal plate connecting the negative terminal to the battery. Disconnect the positive terminal (the red one). Again, remove the metal plate and finally take out the screws holding the battery in place using a screwdriver with an extension. Now you can take the battery handle and remove it, replacing it with the new one. A branded battery for the Renault Clio, purchased on Amazon, costs £46.30, including delivery.
