If you want to replace the parking light on your Fiat 500, first of all, don't insert the keys in the ignition, as you are fiddling with the current. Then remember that you must not touch the bulbs with your bare hands: wear gloves. You will have to remove the headlight assembly and simply give a quarter turn to the bulb you intend to remove. Put the new one back in its place, screw the headlight back on with its two screws and the job is done.
