Answer

The first thing to check if the third brake light is not working is whether the fuse responsible for the brake light is blown. On the Fiat 500, you can find it in the passenger compartment, between the steering column and the driver's door. It is #51 and protects all three stop lights. If it's not the fuse, you can check if the bulb has burned out. Then look for our tutorials on how to remove the third brake light. If it's not the bulb, then you'll need a multimeter to check the various wiring.
