Why doesn't the My Sky of the Jeep Renegade open?

Answer

If the sunroof of the Jeep Renegade doesn't open, there can only be two reasons: a malfunctioning motor or an object stuck in it. If the problem is the motor, you will need to go to an authorized workshop to have it repaired. If the problem is an object stuck, you can remove it with the roof closed and press the button while tapping it to help dislodge it. It is also possible that the cause is due to the fact that the roof was left open during an emergency maneuver, in which case you will need to press the button several times to close it gently.
