How do you replace the ignition lock on the Audi A3?

Answer

To remove the ignition switch from the Audi A3, you must first disconnect the battery; then you have to open the fuse box and remove the 1 Ampere blue one. Now you have to connect the cables that pass from the steering wheel and remove its central part by pulling it towards you (of the airbag). Disconnect the connector by removing it permanently. Remove the two screws to remove the ignition plastic cover: disconnect the various control units and drill the seal of the block to remove it.
