Alfa Romeo Giulietta - Video tutorial
Model: Alfa Romeo Giulietta
MK 1
- Years 2010-2020 Let's see how to keep the possible clogging of the particulate filter on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta under control: The DPF filter is used to trap all the pollutants produced by the diesel engine; when the filter gets clogged, the ECU automatically initiates a regeneration process to clean the filter. If the regeneration process fails, the diesel fuel injected into the filter for cleaning purposes can lead to engine combustion with serious consequences. There is a mobile application that can be controlled through an OBD2 reader, which allows us to view the clogging percentages of the filter. If the warning light comes on indicating the need for regeneration, Alfa Romeo suggests driving for about fifteen minutes at 2000 RPM in 5th gear on the highway (around 80 km/h) to increase the temperature of the DPF. We can then use our OBD2 reader (available at various prices on major e-commerce platforms, starting from 19.00 euros). The application is only available for Android phones and is called "ALFADPF". We connect the OBD2 reader, turn on the ignition, and open the app. It shows us how clogged the DPF is, as well as many other parameters. This application is very useful for those who primarily use their vehicle in the city.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen PoloLet's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again! by ScegliAuto More videos
