How to Clean the DPF Sensor on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio

Today, remove and clean the DPF sensor on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The sensor is present on all diesel engines and regulates the airflow within the manifold.

Open the hood and remove the engine cover by lifting the side clips. Next, loosen the nuts located on the right and left of the lock rod using a 10mm wrench.

After that, begin removing the sensor. Use a T25 socket with an extension to remove the nuts securing the sensor to the manifold and disconnect the connector, using a flathead screwdriver if necessary.

Once the sensor is removed, use professional Tuner spray to clean it. Finally, reinstall the sensor onto the manifold by following the reverse procedure.
