How to Remove the Throttle Body on Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 8V, MK 3 - Years 2012-2019

Lift the bonnet and secure it. Then, use a screwdriver to undo the locking pins of the air intake pipe and remove the part from the engine bay. Start by removing the securing bolts of the throttle body as shown in the video. Once the part is detached from its seat, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws on it. Begin cleaning the valve with an appropriate mechanical parts cleaner, using a brush to assist with the task. Once the part is restored, reassemble the components together. Finally, refit the throttle body in the engine bay.
