These brief and simple steps will guide you through the process of removing and replacing the third brake light of an Audi A8. First, open the rear hatch of the vehicle (it is also possible to access it from the back) to reach the third brake light.

Use plastic trim tools to detach the light, disconnecting the electrical connector for the bulbs to remove it, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, replace any burnt-out bulbs of the third brake light, or replace the entire light; reconnect it and check the operation of the brake lights before reinstalling!
